Josh was up on the couch for about three hours today. He had P.T. and a nurse came by to draw blood. He was very agitated this evening, so we had to give him some IV Ativan.

Joseph wrote his first letter to us from the MTC. Some of his comments are:

"Dear fam!

They told me I had to write a letter the first night so here it goes! The first day was way long but still good. I hear everything gets a lot better after a few days. My companion is Elder Scott from Gooding, ID. My other roommates are from California and Alberta, Cannada. I leave for Florida on Feb. 4."

He says his P-days are on Thursdays. Will write more then!
