Fam!

This week has been one of miracles! The girl that a young woman brought to church last week loved it and now has a baptism date for the 25th. We had a great first lesson with her and she said at the end that she was going to cry during the lesson but held it back. We helped her recognize that she had felt the Spirit and she got really excited and said, "Yes! I felt the Spirit!" She is really excited about the book of Mormon as well. Also on Monday night we invited a family who just moved here from Miami to a family home evening at a member's home. We thought they were both members cause they had come to church the first week they moved here and he acted like a member at church. We taught a lesson about the Restoration and several of us shared their testimonies. Then he started asked questions and we found out that he is not a member and she has been less active for a while and they came here for a new start and wanted to to start coming to church again. It was perfect because the Spirit was so strong already and then we clarified some points about the lesson and invited him and his 9 their nine year old daughter to be baptized. They accepted a date for the 18th. Unfortunately they have been really busy this week and we havent been able to meet with them since. They are all very prepared. All of our efforts with members have begun to bear fruit which has been very exciting. We had been visiting the member family and they've all been inviting their friends to church which was great. I feel like we have been preparing them to fellowship this new part member family. We also had a successful visit with another family. The teenagers committed to invtie their friends to scouts and two of them came on Thursday night. Overall we are doing well. I feel that my prayers have become much better with more sincerity and real intent. I love the joy that comes from living the gospel and sharing it. I have been trying to really improve my prayers this week and it has helped me teach a lot better and more powerfully.

How goes life at home? How is the soccer team doing? Won any games yet? We played this morning for like 3 hours with the young men which was a lot of fun. Our branch is playing volleyball right now and we'll probably join them soon. We are doing emails in the family history center because everythings closed for Labor Day. What are you guys doing today for the day off? Well I havent heard from you yet so maybe ill check back in a little bit. I pray for you all everyday. Hope ya'll have a good time now ya hear!
